Integrator Training

Integrator Training is designed to onboard new Integrators into their role. We ensure they are well-versed in using EOS tools, templates and processes, coach for effective meeting facilitation, and Lead+Manage=Hold Accountable principles. The process includes coaching for Visionary/Integrator alignment, assisting with defining all Integrator accountabilities. This 1-2 quarter engagement includes all preparation work, email or asynchronous communication and support between sessions, and access to our extensive library of resources.

Visionary/Integrator Coaching

We strengthen the working relationships between Visionary/Integrator duos through Same Page Meeting facilitation, coaching and support. Take your V/I match to the next level for a cohesive, effective, and growth-centered partnership.

Integrator Mastermind

Our Integrator Mastermind provides alternating weekly 1:1 coaching calls and group Mastermind sessions to IDS your greatest Integrator issues and challenges. This service includes asynchronous 1:1 and group communication and access to our library of resources.

L10 Meeting Audit or Facilitation

Does your weekly Level 10 Meeting feel more like a burden and less like the most valuable 90 minutes of your week? For organizations without prior EOS experience, it’s hard to pinpoint which cylinders you aren’t hitting in your L10 (and subsequently, where the application of EOS is falling short in your broader organization).

  • Audit - enhance team cohesion, accountability, and interoperability. Our Integrator will audit your L10, first with observation, then recommendations, temporary facilitation and coaching the Integrator on effective facilitation skills. Quickly identify areas for improvement and receive actionable feedback to elevate your Weekly Meeting from a Level 5 to a Level 10.

  • Facilitation - outsource L10 facilitation services with our Integrators. Leverage our expertise with weekly facilitation and coaching.

Quarterly/Annual Meeting Facilitation
